The condo sleeps six with two twin beds in the guest bedroom, a brand new queen size sofa sleeper with memory foam mattress in the living room, and a master bedroom with a queen size bed. The master bedroom includes an en suite bathroom. The second bathroom is located conveniently for the second bedroom and the living room. All bathrooms come stocked with hotel sized amenities! High quality linens are provided for all beds and baths.Walk down to the river or visit Rockin’ R River Rides is only .7 miles away to make accommodations for tubing. The complex has 2 pools, 4 hot tubs, charcoal grills and an amazing amount of open green space and with beautiful shade trees. It’s a perfect place for a picnic! This condo is on the third floor and does have an elevator for easy access. This condo only provides 2 parking spots. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No pets allowed. You will receive 2 parking passes and 6 wristbands (max amount allowed). This condo has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.**WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*** These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their “second homes” to be rented out and enjoyed!
