We are a 10-15 min drive to Old Town, & Kierland Commons; PHX airport is 20min away.The house has 5 bedrooms and 3 baths in a rambler style. There is a high-top table and bar seating in the space and the space is complete with a smart TV. Please make sure the sleeping arrangements meet the needs of your group.Baby Gear:We have a pack n’ play (Graco – Darcie model)We have a high-chair (Graco- Slim Snacker model)We have a baby bath tub (Frida-Grow with me model)You are responsible for the safety of your child(ren) when using the baby/infant equipment. We aren’t liable for any injuries that result during the usage of this equipment.All baby gear can be found in the primary bedroom closet. We ask that you wipe down all equipment after usage and place it back in the closet when you depart the house.QUIET HOURSQuiet hours are from 9:30 pm to 8am. The quiet hours are STRICTLY enforced by the City of Scottsdale.The City of Scottsdale doesn’t issue warnings for excessive noise and will ticket you a minimum of $1,000 if they are called to the premises. Such fines would be your responsibility. If we find you have violated the noise ordinance, we may have you removed from the property and will not refund you any unused nights.By renting our home you are agreeing to these quiet hours; any violations with the city of Scottsdale could lead us to losing our short-term license. We appreciate your cooperation in this manner.PETSWe have a strict no-pet policy. We have a $1,000 penalty fee plus associated cleaning fees for each pet brought onto the premises.POOLBy booking our home, you are accepting responsibility for the safe use of the pool by any adults and children in your group.The pool is directly accessible from the backyard patio. Hence, doors leading to our backyard are self-closing & have sensors that will “beep” when the doors open. They can’t be turned off for the safety of your group.The pool is 8ft deep at its deepest point so little ones & non-swimmers should be closely watched. The pool should never be used alone for the safety of all guests.There is no lifeguard for the pool. Absolutely no diving.We cannot guarantee the pool will reach full temperature on the colder days. If the outside temperature falls below 50 degrees at night, it is unlikely the heater will be able to get the pool warm enough. There is NO additional fee incurred to guests when we heat the pool.Pool is not heated in the summer months (Memorial Day weekend to Labor day weekend).Guests are not to attempt to control the pool heater as we manage that remotely. If the pool needs an adjustment, please reach out to us directly.Wind storms, dust storms, and monsoons can occur in the desert and can cause extra debris to enter the pool. Please ensure the pool vacuum is hooked up at all times.No glassware near the pool. Please only use the plastic plates/cups provided near the pool.Please do not apply tanning oil if you plan on entering the pool, it will change our pool’s chemical composition. Any violation of this policy will result in a $100 fee and your group will be responsible for any additional pool cleaning fees.CAMERAS/SECURITYWe have four external cameras in the front of the property for your safety; these cameras record video & audio. There is a doorbell camera, cameras above the garage & on each of the side pathways looking toward the street. There are no cameras in the home or backyard. There are no devices on the interior of the property.We have a noise sensor system installed outside the house to be considerate of our neighbors. It does not record conversations, but instead informs us if the noise level becomes too loud.DECORATINGWe know a special occasion might be bringing you to Scottsdale! Decorations can be hung using blue tape or scotch tape only (we don’t have tape, so please bring your own). Absolutely no glitter of any kind. Any additional cleaning fees as a result of decoration clean-up will be your own responsibility.HOME SERVICEThe home is cleaned professionally prior to each check-in. If you have any questions about the home cleaning policies, please let us know.The pool is cleaned once a week. We will let you know if this coincides with your stay.The pest control & landscaper comes once a month and we will also let you know if this coincides with your stay.PARKINGPlease park ALL cars in the driveway.
