Dine indoors or alfresco when it’s time for a delicious meal. A thoroughly modern kitchen has everything you need to satisfy your culinary desires.All beds and bathrooms are furnished with ample premiere linens for your ultimate comfort. A double sofa bed and a futon are in the downstairs living area for extra sleeping accommodations.Additional amenities include WiFi, cable, and a washer/dryer for your convenience.Enjoy this little slice of paradise; you will be glad you did!THINGS TO KNOWDue to the moderate coastal climate, this house, like most in the area, does not have air conditioning.This home requires a three-night minimum, 10% TOT.There is construction work next door until the Fall of 2024. The usual construction hours are Monday thru Friday, 7 am to 4:00 pm. No construction on weekends. Rates have been discounted by 15% for all booking stays between now and mid-Fall 2024 to compensate for any inconvenience.The Duffy boat parked at the dock is not for guest use. Guests will be given 24-hour advanced notice when the Duffy will be used. Admission to the house by the owner is unnecessary when Duffy is in use; they use the exterior walkway to access the dock.This home is in a quiet neighborhood and only suitable for quieter groups. The rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and parties. Deposit forfeitures and evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.Reservations for this home will not be refunded if canceled within 60 days of arrival.This property is managed by Vacasa Seasonals Inc. and may require a Security Deposit.If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets.
