TV and Entertainment:• The apartment does not have traditional cable TV, but guests can access live cable channels through a “YouTube TV” subscription.• Guests are instructed to click on the home app on the TV to access all the available channels.2. Parking:• Free street parking is available in front of the building.• There’s also a carport in the back alley, and it operates on a first-come, first-serve basis for guests.3. Security Measures:• The property is monitored for security purposes.• Security cameras are installed in all common areas to enhance safety and surveillance.4. Guest Verification:• Guest verification is mandatory and is facilitated through Super Hog’s Know Your Guest, a vacation rental guest-screening provider• Guests need to verify their details before the booking begins.5.
