Description
This 6 large studios and a 2 bedroom house sits at the end of the road in the heart of Sedona on historic Newcastle Island right next to Oak Creek. This cute 6-unit property is surrounded by forest at the mouth of Oak Creek Canyon. With some of the best hiking in the country and a location that is laid back and relaxing, you won’t find anything in Sedona on the creek quite like it. Perfectly located, you can walk to Tlaquepaque while staying out of the hustle and bustle.Our property is secluded yet close to downtown Sedona. You can sit and relax Creekside while listening to the gentle waters and taking in a great book or a calming nap. We have 3 community Hot Tubs all right next to Oak Creek. After a day of hiking, you can enjoy the stars and dark skies of Sedona while soaking in a hot tub Creekside. We also have a community outdoor covered dining area with a gas grill for guests to enjoy.Please be aware we are not suitable for children and have a strict occupancy limit of two people per studio or 4 people in the house. Guests have access to their units and our 2 plus acres of wooded land to walk, enjoy and relax.Our neighborhood is in the heart of Sedona, just downstream from the intersection of 89A and Hwy 179. The Hillside shopping and dining complex is across Oak Creek, within walking distance. Uptown Los Abrigados Resort and world famous Tlaquepaque is a few blocks around the corner; a short distance upstream. The neighborhood has hiking, biking and other creek access areas nearby too. We have private trails right here on our property!! If you head away from the cabins, parallel to the creek…past the other cabins and private property signs, you will enter the other half of our property. The trail will lead you to easier creek access, chairs, and a hammock.For security and insurance purposes, we have cameras installed on the outside of the buildings. These cameras are directed towards the creek, as the resort has creek access.
