Venetian Bay Villages is just off HWY 192, in Kissimmee, Florida and is perfectly placed for the shops, restaurants, fun and attractions that Orlando has to offer. Venetian Bay is ideally located as a “home base” for other Florida activities including the Space Coast or the Gulf Coast.The community is only seven miles from the entrance to Disney World and conveniently located to all of Florida’s most popular attractions! (Parks, Shopping, Oulet Mall, Golf, Circo du Soleil, Amway Centre, Church Station, and more). There are many beaches on both the east and west coast, the nearest is only 1 hour away. You can visit Kennedy Space Center is well worth the trip).Make use of one of the four community pools including the huge, heated pool at the clubhouse. Make a day of it at the clubhouse pool and enjoy a bar-b-que at one of the provided grills. Let the kids frolic in one of the three awesome playgrounds. There are also tennis courts, a basketball court and a sand volleyball area for your enjoyment. The clubhouse has a well equipped fitness room, games room, computer room and movie theatre! Take a walk on the paved pathways to enjoy the grounds, beautifully lush with trees and gardens as well as several ponds, and a great covered gazebo overlooking the fountain. Feel safe during your stay at Venetian Bay as it is a fully guard gated community with great staff. As well, there is a local management company just a phone call away in the event of an emergency.. There are a great 24hs Walmart and walmart neighbor only 2 miles . Also Target & Publix were nearby.Our beautiful and two-storied 4 bedroom & 3 bath townhome in a desired locale on a courtyard just a minute walk to the clubhouse and main pool. Fully stocked kitchen with all the amenities of home and five cable TVs (1 in each bedroom, and living room), WiFi and free long distance phone for US and Canada, New large capacity front loading washer and dryer, french doors from living room leading to patio. Entire first floor is handicap accessible, and the 1st floor bathroom has a full tub. Impeccably maintained and in permanent upgrade.You can download an application to the LYNX for bus and use public transportation
