At the end of the hallway, you are given access to a small porch on the front of the house, with small putting green included! There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms on this floor. The first bedroom features two queen beds and a TV. The bathroom connected to this room has two sinks, a shower, and a tub. The second bedroom has one king-sized bed, a TV, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.The shared deck features an array of chairs for stretching out and lounging or congregating around the gas grill for a nice meal and overlooks the golf course just past the backyard of the home.The home boasts an ideal central location near golf, tennis, bike trails, and Night Heron Park. Ten miles of beach are a short walk or bike ride along the golf course.
