Swim in the pool or take a stroll along pristine beaches within the exclusive Wild Dunes Resort.In 2023/2024 the entire exterior of the building was completely removed down to the steel beams. Fire and waterproofing was corrected to current code. New exterior walls/painting was done – looks like a brand new building. Summerhouse is probably the safest oceanfront building in the Charleston area now!!In the past year, the master bath has been remodeled with a large marble tiled walk-in shower with glass doors for easy access. New flooring was added throughout the condo. All windows have been replaced with hurricane proof double pained windows. As stated above, the entire exterior of the building was removed, repaired, and repainted!!This condo has been created for your comfort, in the hope of giving you a feeling of home from the minute you open the door. You won’t find a more comfortable, relaxing, beautiful place for your vacation. To top it off, we even have a little beach buggy (wagon) for you to use during your stay, which makes it so much easier for families to get everything they need down to the beach in one trip.
