Assigned carport 10′ from front door in this small 8 unit complex. This is not a resort type complex with a fancy Gym or Spa, but is a quiet & safe location in the center of town, No stress accommodations for those Relocating, Recuperating from Medical Treatments or need Temporary Housing. A short 25 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor airport. Set up for long term living for 2 people or a couple with small kids, but a great vacation retreat.
