BEACH BLOCK duplex – JUST STEPS TO BEACH AND BAY!This 600 square foot home exudes calm and simplicity. It has a living room, a kitchenette, two bedrooms, and one full bathroom with a tub.For those who enjoy being outside, there is a deck with a table and chairs where you can relax and spend pleasant days.This property is ideal for a relaxing getaway for families or couples.BEACH CLOSURE NOTICE:Unfortunately per the army core of Engineers, there will be a beach closure starting sometime around mid-July from Roosevelt Blvd to 14th Street North until sometime in the fall. If the beach is indeed closed, we recommend using the beach at 16th and Ocean. It’s wonderful with parking, not affected and Laguna Bar and Grill is there. :)This unit is the back unit of this Duplex.You will have to climb 2 steps to get to the front entrance, but once inside the rest of the home is on 1 level.• When you enter the home you will be welcomed to a spacious Living room!• We have a Smart TV. You can log in with your credentials into applications like Netflix, Hulu, Disney, etc.• Updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances & lovely backsplash.• Washer and Dryer is available• Bedroom 1 with Queen bed• Bedroom 2 with Bunk bed with (2) full size mattresses• 1 Full bathroom with tubOUTDOOR SPACE• Outdoor deck has 2 lounge chairsEntire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home.Please remember that this unit is on the back side of a Duplex. There are common spaces like the driveway.Please be respectful of your neighbors. =)PARKINGThere is only 1 parking spot for each unit and it is in the front of the house. Additional parking is allowed on the street without a permit needed. Please be sure to read all street signs.TVWe have Smart TV in our living room. There is NO CABLE.You will be able to log into applications like Netflix, Hulu or Disney. You will need to log in with your own credentials.COMMON AREASThere are some common areas with the other unit of this Duplex.• The parking spaces are in a common space. Please be respectful and only use 1 spot.• There is a gravel backyard in back of house. This is open to both units.TRASHTrash Day is Wed. All items must be put out no earlier than 4 pm the day prior or by 7am on collection day. Household trash must be in containers with lids. Multiple cans are located behind the bldg.There is a regular trash can and a recycling can in each kitchen. The maintenance person will pull the cans to the curbs on trash day.Noise level:We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property.If more than the number of booked occupants are detected by neighbors or outside cameras, the stay will be immediately terminated and no refund will be issued. No cameras inside.-No smoking inside the house -$250 fine if detected.-No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $200 fine per person detected- Please remove shoes when entering the home.-Quiet hours from 9pm to 8am (50 decibels).-We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property- Primary renter must have valid govt ID, phone number and address on file.- If there is anyone 18 y/o or younger in the group, primary renter must be 25 y/o or older.-We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion-Unfortunately, we do not allow late checkout to respect our cleaner’s schedules. A fine of 50% of the upcoming night’s stay will be imposed for a late checkout between 30 minutes and 2 hours past checkout time. Any checkout beyond 2 hours late will be charged at 2x the upcoming night’s stay.
