Have fun with the whole family in this stylish place.House with 5 bedrooms, two suites – total of 4 and a half bathrooms.The house has two floors, but has a suite on the ground floor to better serve those who have difficulties with stairs.All bookings with more than 5 people (children from 1 year old) are subject to an extra charge per person per night($50/$75).Club house with pools, lazy river, water slides, lounging areas, bar, game room, volleyball courts, mini golf and much moreThe spaceOur house has 2 floors, a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 and a half bathrooms – the latter serves the pool area.On the first floor you will find a bedroom with a full bathroom, kitchen with dining island, living room, dining room and an outdoor dining area with a private pool.On the second floor you will find 2 complete suites, 2 themed bedrooms, a bathroom (which serves the two themed bedrooms), full laundry room and games room with vintage video game and board games.Description of our house:ROOMS – All rooms have a TV, bed and bath linen (1 towel per guest will be provided – if you need more, please request it before your reservation).BATHROOMS – In all bathrooms, 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 soap, 1 conditioner and 1 standard hotel shampoo (small) will be provided. If your stay is long and you need more toiletries, we can provide them for a small additional fee.We do not provide Washcloths and pool towels.KITCHEN – has all the necessary utensils to make you feel at home: fridge, airfryer, blender, microwave, induction hob, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, pans, cutlery, wine glasses, glasses, molds cake etc. We try to provide everything that is necessary, but if you miss any comfort during your stay, do not hesitate to call us, we will do our best to meet your needs.We left initial cleaning items under the kitchen sink: 3 garbage bags, 3 dishwasher detergents, 3 washing machine soaps. We also leave a sponge and dishwashing detergent.Note: After the pandemic, VRBO prohibited us from leaving any type of food or objects left by other guests, such as: olive oil, coffee, salt, pepper, etc. We apologize for this, but it is a necessary measure to ensure everyone’s hygiene and safety.CARPETER FLOOR – Although some guests have restrictions on carpeting, we guarantee that the entire area that has this type of flooring is periodically cleaned. We can guarantee that it does not have any unpleasant smell. (If upon entering the house you smell any unpleasant odor, please inform us immediately so that we can send someone to investigate).CIGARETTES ETC – It is prohibited in any space of the house – indoors or outdoorsPRIVATE SWIMMING POOL – The outdoor area has a private heated pool. The use of the pool is included in your stay, but to use the heating, an additional fee of $38.00 per day will be charged (heating can only be hired for the entire period of the stay). If you are interested in using it, please let us know at least 48 hours before your check-in so that we can turn on the heating and send the charge through VRBO.In case of request during the stay, an extra fee of $85.00 will be charged for turning on the heating + the daily rate of $38.00 corresponding to the days of use.Our pool is cleaned by a certified team and we only use products that are friendly to nature. It may happen that during your stay our team performs weekly maintenance and therefore the pool may be unusable for 1 or 2 hours. This is necessary to keep the facility safe for you and your guests.BARBECUE – We know how good it is to have that barbecue, but we realize that 90% of guests do not use it. If you need one, please request one before checking in, we will be happy to provide one for you (one-time fee of $95.00 will be charged).If the guest requests the grill during their stay, an $85.00 delivery fee will be charged in addition to the $95.00 fee.CLUB HOUSE – It’s a real water park. Several pools, water slides, lazy river, sand court, bar (consumption not included in the stay), games room, gym, bonfire areas, mini golf and much more. All this just a few steps from the house and without additional fees. You will need to register for initial use of the club resort, so have a photo ID ready.PETS – We love PETs, but we know that when they are out of their environment, they get a little lost and end up doing their business out of place. Although we charge a small additional cleaning fee for each pet, this does not entitle him to relieve himself inside the house. If at checkout any damage, “dirt” is found in the property, an additional charge for cleaning will be generated.OBSERVATION:We know that even taking all precautions, something can get out of our control. Have an identity document and a credit card in hand (there will be no charge, it is just a guarantee for using the resort’s available items – golf equipment, etc.)Other things to noteUse the house as if it were your own, responsibly and carefully.After each guest leaves, our team checks the entire property, including TVs, furniture, bed and bath linen, kitchen utensils, etc. If any physical damage outside of ordinary use is found, VRBO will be notified for a fee to replace or repair the items.The cleaning fee paid at the time of your reservation does not include carpet washing, paint damage or any other damage outside the common use of the house. If necessary, extra fees will be charged so that the property is able to receive other guests, including daily rates where the house had to be vacated to repair the problems encountered.After your checking, if you notice anything unusual or out of the advertised, please report it immediately. You will have 12 hours to report any issues that prevent or disrupt your stay. After this period, no refunds will be granted.Please, at checkout, make sure you are not leaving anything behind. If any personal items are found during our search, we can ship them to you, but you will be charged a service fee of $50.00 + shipping.Objects left in the house and not requested, will be discarded after 30 days of your checkout.Despite all care, we know that something can go unnoticed in our eyes and to always improve, we ask for your help.
