After a long day at the beach take a shower in the outdoor shower then jump in the HEATED private pool. You have a poolside TV and propane grill for hours of entertainment. You can fit one car in the garage.First Floor: Features a gourmet kitchen with upgraded stainless steel appliances, including a convection oven. Quartz countertops throughout and an island has a sweeping view of the amazing sunsets over the marsh. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils you need and a starter set of paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher tablets. The living and dining room are an open floor plan featuring sliding glass doors that open up to the first floor deck with panoramic views of the marsh. Here you can enjoy a cup coffee on the swing bed or sit and relax in the chairs. There is also a king bedroom with a large flat screen smart TV and a full-size bathroom.Second Floor: The owners suite features a luxurious king bed, large flat screen smart TV and a beautifully detailed trey ceiling. The master bath has double sinks vanity and a full tiled glass door shower. Also on the second floor are two additional bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed with a large flat screen smart TV. The other room has two twin over full bunk bunkbeds one with a twin pullout trundle and a large flat screen smart TV, and stocked full of board games for the kids to enjoy. These two bedrooms share a full size bathroom complete with a tiled tub/shower combo.
