The main house has three zones of central air and has been beautifully renovated. The first floor suite has full bathroom with heated floor and extra deep tub as well as a walk-in closet. With four bedrooms, this house is suitable for two families to share. This home features outdoor and indoor living at its best! Walk one minute to the large town playground and five minutes to Oyster Pond Beach. Drive five minutes to area beaches. Enjoy a burger at the Red Nun just around the corner, and walk three minutes to the shops and restaurants of downtown. The patio in the shape of a home plate features a propane fire pit and outdoor kitchen. Take advantage of the relaxing enclosed outdoor shower. Just past the backyard fence is the best field in the Cape Cod baseball league, the top amateur league in the country. When you are lucky enough to experience a home game, it is a truly magical family atmosphere. You will have the best view in your own backyard when sitting in the lifeguard-chair-style stadium seats (also a nice spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails)! The yard is shaded and private. As a bonus, there is a renovated outbuilding with a hang-out space, desk, Roku TV, X-box gaming system, and extra sleeping for four in twin daybeds with twin trundles, including heat and AC.
