We only provide single items to get your stay started.**No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $500.00 penalty fee.**Pet Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and there will be an additional charge of a Non-Refundable fee of $500.**Pool Policy: The pool heater can be turned on for an additional $175 per week ($25 per day) plus tax. For best results it is recommended to preorder and have this set up prior to arrival. There is a 4-day minimum for pool heat. Please note that once the heater is turned on, it does take a minimum of 24-48 hours for the water to begin feeling warm.
