(smoking inside or a smoke smell will forfeit your deposit) Must be 25 years old to rent the unit.King master suite with pillow top mattress and private bath. The other master bedroom has a queen bed also with pillow top mattress and private bath. Downstairs is a queen sofa sleeper. This unit is extended on the top floor with a beautiful sitting room off the master. Wide crown molding and base board. Granite counter tops throughout the kitchen and baths. The kitchen has a walk around island. Gas grill on the rear patio. New paint, new linens, new stainless appliances, new LVP flooring throughout the upstairs. 3 flat screen TV’s, fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer. Screen WiFi. The back porch is screened with a glass dining table.
