The main living area is a comfortable open space and offers cozy seating and a large window that lets in the views and ocean breezes. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room.Every item you’ll need to make a gourmet meal is available in the fully equipped kitchen with black and stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and custom tile work. Enjoy the ocean views while preparing meals for family or friends. There is rich ceramic flooring in the kitchen for easy clean-up. Your meals can be enjoyed on the beachfront balcony or feast at the dining table with seating for four.The king bedroom is beautifully appointed and has a chair for reading, a TV, and sliding glass doors which lead to a private oceanfront balcony. The bathroom has a spacious tile/glass shower.The villa is equipped with wireless internet. Community washers and dryers and an elevator are provided within the building.Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards bike rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $150.
