Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.GARBAGE:- Trash Removal Services is once a day, 7 days per week.- Please have trash in the container by 7:00 AM Daily.- Place any excess bags next to the container.- All containers and/or bags must remain at house not at curb, valet will not service anything left at the curb.- ALL TRASH MUST BE BAGGED AND TIED IN 13 GALLON KITCHEN BAGS AND CANNOT WEIGH MORE THAN 30LBS. GROCERY BAGS ARE NOT ALLOWED. LOOSE TRASH WILL NOT BE PICKED UP.- NO Liquids are allowed, please empty all containers and bags properly.- ALL TRASH BIN MUST HAVE A TRASH LINER.- All large and medium size cardboard boxes must be flattened, small boxes must be bagged.- Please do not leave trash inside the garage. Street parking is not allowed.***NO OVERNIGHT PARKING ON THE STREET. Vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expenses.***No trailers, RVs, golf cars are allowed to park in the community or the driveway of the homes.PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES):You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep, however we are not responsible for lost or theft of packages.HOUSEKEEPING:There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Mid Stay Cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee during your stay.FOOD:As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets.
