The second-floor master suite features a king bed, sitting area, and private bathroom with double vanities and a shower. A second bedroom offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom, a third bedroom offers a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom, and a fourth bedroom has two queen beds and a private bathroom. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available.Please note that this property has exterior security cameras that view the home’s front entrance, rear deck, and garage.
