From the time you are behind the Shorewood Villas gates you are in a little slice of landscaped heaven. Taking a quick right and pulling under the back buildings of Shorewood you can take the elevator up and shortly be at the front door of the 2nd floor unit. The updated kitchen is on the left as you walk in which overlooks a nice dining area and a comfortable living area (new queen sleeper sofa) with a flat screen and views out to the pool and ocean. Off the Living Room is a balcony perfect for morning coffee and an evening cocktail.The Master Bedroom with a King Bed has similar views as well as an entrance to the balcony. Imagine waking with the sun coming up from the ocean. With tons of space and a flat screen it is the perfect place to get away from it all. The Master Bathroom has a large shower to melt any cares away. Also tastefully decorated the Guest Bedroom has a King bed and flat screen and uses the updated hall bathroom.Whether you are using the kitchen to just fix breakfast or a complete gourmet meal during your stay this kitchen has it all including updated appliances and a Regular?Keurig Coffeemaker.
