Description
Our home offers the charm of old and the convenience of the new! We added on to the original 1940 cottage to create a new 2400 sq. ft. home that is perfect for hosting extended families. Now with full AC! Sleeps 12 comfortably with 2 full baths, one on the first floor. 4 bedrooms (upstairs and down) including a ‘kids’ bunk room that sleeps 6. The game and TV room, enclosed front porch with a children’s play area, and the airy and sunny breezeway for morning coffee or dining offers plenty of room to spread out. Our large private outdoor space is comfortable for cookouts and dining on the covered porch or for visiting by the fire pit. The shaded yard has room to play and we have plenty of parking off the street – not common! Our shed is full of beach gear and lawn games and the outdoor shower is perfect for returning after a beach day. Short walk to the beach, ice cream, conveniences, and the Sound View carousel. Please, no pets or smoking in the house.We think you’ll love our cottage’s cleanliness and friendliness as much as we do. The indoor/outdoor spaces are perfectly set-up for families! Ask us about winter rentals! Week-only rental in Jul/Aug. 3-day min/ holidays. Family gatherings – yes! Big party crew, not the place.
