If any signs of smoking are found, the renter agrees to pay a $500.00 penalty fee to cover the cost of cleaning and sanitation.Pets: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please Note…If we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charge an additional, Non-Refundable fee of $500.Pool Policy: *The pool heater can be turned on for an additional $25.00 per day, plus tax. For best results it is recommended to preorder and have this set up prior to arrival. There is a 4-day minimum for pool heat, as it can take up to 2 days for the pool to warm up to the desired temperature, once the heater is turned on. There are no refunds proovided for pool heat, unless it is confirmed by FIH Staff or our licensed pool tech that the heater is not working.
