There is a beige tiled floor in the main living area and carpets in the bedrooms. The villa is painted in a light gray and has lots of beach décor giving you pops of color. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters and stainless-steel appliances including a flat top stove. There are two stools at the breakfast bar and in the corner, there is a Whirlpool front loading washer and dryer. The dining area has a glass topped table for four with a mirrored accent wall. In the comfortable living room, you will find a beige queen sleeper sofa, matching love seat, a gray armchair with ottoman, and a large mounted flat screen TV. The slider opens to a covered balcony that has four chairs and overlooks the water fountain.Behind the French-style doors, off the living room, is the master suite. This room has a king bed, small desk, and a mounted TV. There is also access to the balcony shared with the living room. The master bathroom has a single granite vanity, separate soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.The guest room is on the opposite side of the villa off the foyer giving great bedroom separation. The guest room has two queen beds, an accent chair, and a mounted TV. This room has a private covered balcony where there are two chairs for you to sit and enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the calming sounds of the water fountain below.Complex amenities include a large oceanfront pool with hot tub, children’s pool, charcoal grilling area, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and fitness center, an abundance of Adirondack chairs on a reading deck, and covered parking with elevators.
