Feel the ocean breeze and hear the sounds of the beach from your private, third-story escape.You also have all the amenities: big TV, modern kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, two beautiful bedrooms, and a private full bath for each bedroom.With your rental you can enjoy the three pools and private beach access points.The iconic Tybee Island lighthouse is right next door, inspiring our community name of the Lighthouse Point Beach Club.All reservations canceled 48 hours or more from the booking date are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled for any reason within 60 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the RENTAL DEPOSIT (50% of the original rental rate plus all taxes and fees).
