There is a flat screen TV, WiFi , DVD player and a sleep sofa for additional guests (Apartment sleeps 6 very comfortably). The first bedroom has a queen size bed and the second a full size bed. There is plenty of room for a cot or portable crib for a small child. It is just steps from the ocean with a Public Way (#2) directly across the street. This is a second floor unit in a two unit home. The opportunity exists for large families or multiple families wishing to vacation together to rent both the first floor and the second floor simultaneously.
