This 5 bed/ 3 bath private pool & spa villa, is situated on an elevated lot in Emerald Island Resort. When you enter this property, you will get the immediate feeling of a well cared for and nicely furnished, clean home. The extremely tall ceilings in the home, gives you that large home feel and the open kitchen & living room is great for entertaining you and your guests. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main level, one of which is the master bed/bath. There is a formal dining room of the kitchen, as well as a large living room with comfortable sofas. There are tv’s in every bedroom of the home as well as larger flat screen tv in the living room. The same fee is applicable per added vehicle. It has to be paid to the front desk of the clubhouse, otherwise they may deny entry next time entering the community.All homes are stricly non smoking inside and a $350 fee will apply, if our cleaners detect smoking odor in the home.No big parties or events allowed in any home. It takes up to 24 hours for pool to reach set temperature. Pool heaters keep a pool temperature between 83-87 fahrenheit. Pools and spas keep the same temperature as water circulates between them. Pool systems are set on timers so they run from morning to afternoon/evening. Therefore it will be some cooling of during night time when temperature drops. FMH is not responsible for any refunds on freezing winter days (50s and 60s outside temps) which causes lower than normal pool temperatures.
