We do not differentiate between overnight guests and visitors.HOUSE DETAILSThe absolutely stunning 1,860 sq. ft. sun filled beach home with its breathtaking bay views and AC provides all the comforts of home. This is truly a one of a kind vacation spot! The living area has high ceilings and a light & bright open floor plan. This home has a great feel. The living area is very spacious and offers windows from top to bottom allowing the most stunning views throughout the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with nice appliances and a bar that seats 4 people. The dining table seats 6. Enjoy the luxury of central heating and TVs in most rooms. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first level. One bedroom offers a queen bed with TV and the other a bunk bed (double, double, twin) that sleeps up to 5 kids or 2 adults. The second level provides a nice open “hang out” area to watch TV or just enjoy the beautiful views. The Master suite with attached balcony and great bathroom is also on this level. The master suite offers a King bed, walk-in closet, TV, and a dresser. The attached bathroom has two sinks, a shower and a separate tub.
