This is perfect for those with mobility issues or those who prefer not to carry luggage, groceries or beach equipment up several flights of stairs at the end of a long day.This unit is situated in an excellent location in Carolina Beach as it is just across the street from a coffee shop/ cafe and market (North End Cafe to-go) and just a short walk (<1 mile ) to several other destinations like Nollie's Tacos, SeaWitch Tiki Bar, the Carolina Beach Fishing Pier and the Boardwalk!!—Property includes—1st bedroom with king bed and private bath (with standup shower)2nd bedroom includes queen bed and twin bunk beds with hall bath (with tub/shower combination)Living room includes a queen sleeper-sofaKitchen with new stainless steel appliancesNo smoking is permitted in this unitNo pets allowed.Sheets and bath towels are included (we do not provide wash cloths).Bring your own towels for both the beach and pool.Complex also includes coin-operated laundry on-site (across from unit on the first floor), charcoal grills and picnic-tables as well as bicycle parking at the beach access.There is limiting parking in the town of Carolina Beach, therefore this unit can only accommodate 2 vehicles (each will need to display a parking tag, which is provided for the stay). Unfortunately electric golf carts cannot be accommodated as there is no exterior charging accessible. Gas powered golf carts can be rented or brought but will need to utilize one of the 2 alotted parking spaces.
