This beach front second floor unit (11B) has two parking spaces under the home (if you have two small car otherwise one under the home and the other around the corner. In addition, it includes outdoor dinning table with a large umbrella, outdoor shower for rinsing, and a propane weber grill. It has wall a/c and heating units also called split system units.Its centrally and conveniently located with many family-oriented activities such as boating, fishing, kayaking, sand castle building and crabbing. Bring along your bikes and scooters to experience the breathtaking views of the Connecticut shore. You can take nice walks along the beach as well as visit beach front restaurant and bar with live music only 2 blocks away. You’ll also enjoy beach store, ice cream shops all within walking distance.For children, there is a carousal within walking distance, movies on the beach on weekend nights, and sand castle contests. Kayaking and boat rentals are nearby.
