You are walking distance to several restaurants including the Conch Cafe! Garden City Pier is one mile to the south and the famous Marsh Walk at Murrells Inlet which boasts food, live entertainment and fun is just 4 miles down US-17 BUS. There are several boat tours, including fishing charters and even pirate adventure rides as well as watersports available at the marsh and throughout the area. Myrtle Beach is 8 miles north of Garden City.Do you golf? We are located among some of the best courses in the state! Caledonia G. & Fish Club, Pawleys Island and The Dunes G. & Beach Club, Myrtle Beach are less than 10 miles away. Two of the “America’s 100 Greatest Golf Courses” are located in South Carolina! The Ocean Course Kiawah Island and Yeamans Hall Club, Charleston are about a 90 minute drive from our building.What is in the unit? This condo features a fully-equipped electric kitchen, washer/dryer, central air conditioning and heat. Flat screen TVs in the living room and in both bedrooms plus a blue ray player and dedicated Wi-Fi keep you entertained when indoors. Sleeping accommodations include a king sized bed in the master, one queen plus a twin in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and are located on opposite ends of the unit providing privacy.What is the building like? The common area features an elevator with luggage carts available to help transport bags and groceries, we have 2 ocean front pools and hot tubs, the pool decks were refinished in 2020 and provide access to the beach. There is ample parking, some covered with 7-foot clearance. Parking spaces are reserved for guest vehicles only; vehicles not displaying a parking pass on the rear view mirror are subject to immediate towing per the SurfMaster HOA. This unit is located in the south building. Cleaning service and linens are included. We do have a minimum age requirement; renters must be at least 25 years old. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED, no pets, no golf carts.Long term renters are welcome please contact owner for long term rates and availability.
