Welcome to the Seagull Cottage!This is a classic 1940’s Island Cottage Home in a perfect location near the Village, full of character and charm!This 2 Bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home with kids sleeping nook (sleeps 4 +2 children) has beautiful hardwoods and tile throughout. Seagull cottage is located within walking distance to Mallory Park and the Village/Pier Area which boasts wonderful pubs, restaurants, shops, library, beach access and a public pool, along with tennis courts, and pickle ball courts. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and has easy access to the many bicycle and walking paths that St. Simons Island has to offer.You will love the extra gathering space in the sunroom which also leads to a deck overlooking a large fenced-in back yard, full of live oaks the Island is famous for. There’s a great outdoor shower, and a shady sitting area for a BBQ with the family.2 bikes included for guest use. Parking for 2 cars only.Beach Gear Credit Included!
