This 2 bedroom, 2 bath first floor, end unit at Island Club sits on a beautiful property with a lagoon view from your private deck. The lagoon view includes a beautiful fountain that seems to be centered from your deck which includes access to the grounds. Our unit is less than a five minute walk to the beach. With the open kitchen, you have access to the living room that is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa. Washer & dryer across from the kitchen. The master bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV and private bathroom. The bathroom features a newly tiled tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV and a private bathroom with a newly tiled walk-in shower. Fully equipped kitchen and a dining area that seats six, along with a wide beautiful sandy beach, Island Club offers an outstanding vacation environment. Not only is Island Club an oceanfront resort, but has beautifully landscaped grounds with walkways that lead to the beach and sundeck. The complex features 9 tennis courts with 7 clay and 2 Hard courts, a fitness center, basketball courts and fishing lagoons. There are charcoal and gas grills right off your private deck, a picnic area by the beach with lawn games such as corn hole and lawn golf as well as a children’s playground. The pools are centrally located in the complex. There is a zero-entry children’s pool with a mushroom fountain, hot tub, a tanning shelf and a large lap pool. The pools can be seasonally heated. You can also rent bikes on site as well. All this behind a secure gated community to put your mind at ease.
