PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION BEFORE BOOKINGJoin us for your next getaway! Our ground floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo at Dobie is the perfect spot for small families or a couples retreat! Just walk out the door and you’re right on the slopes! With the open floor plan our condo is sure to please. Make your favorite meals in our fully stocked kitchen. All new stainless steel appliances and fresh painting throughout! After a full day doing all of the many activities Wintergreen has to offer, curl up with your favorite book in front of the wood burning fireplace (wood provided mid-Oct thru mid-March) or enjoy your favorite wine or coffee on the patio.Our condo is located within the Dobie Condo community. We are right on the Diamond Hill Ski Slopes and are located within walking distance to shopping, dining and hiking. We recommend checking the WPOA website for some of the best hiking trails and hiking trail maps.For ski rentals, you’ll want to reserve in advance. Availability fills up fast. You may also be able to purchase lift tickets in advance. Check the Wintergreen Resort website for more info.Please note: We are not considered “resort members” so you will not have access to resort run amenities such as the Wintergarden Spa, Devils Knob Golf Course or Devils Knob Grill. You may be able to book a spa treatment to access the indoor pool etc. We highly recommend checking directly with the resort to confirm.Guests will have access to the Chestnut Springs and Rodes Farm outdoor pools from 2PM to 6PM. (Memorial Day Weekend-Labor Day Weekend). A valid I.D. will be required for access. Lake Monocan is also available on Sundays, Tuesday-Friday. Check the WPOA website for hours and pricing.Within a few minute drive the mountain you will find wineries, breweries and restaurants open to all. We supply all of our guests with a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags. Also provided, dishwasher detergent and liquid.The use of motorcycles are prohibited on the mountain. Guests driving motorcycles will need to park at the Wintergreen PD and have transportation up to the condo.EARLY ARRIVALS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED, IF WE CAN ACCOMODATE AN EARLY CHECK IN, WE WILL LET YOU KNOW
