Once inside the vaulted ceiling and wall of windows in the spacious great room highlight the natural beauty of Seabrook. Comfortable furniture and new floors make this area a great family space to enjoy games, reading or watching tv. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully stocked for your convenience. Enjoy a cup of coffee from the pod or regular drip coffee makers at the kitchen island or take it out to the adjoining relaxing sunroom to start your day.The dining room, adjacent to the great room has a large table with seating for 6. Sliding doors lead to the outdoor deck where there is a picnic table and propane grill for your barbecuing delight.The spacious master bedroom is upstairs and has a king bed and upholstered chaise lounge chair. Sliding doors on both sides of the master lead to dual private decks that are perfect for sipping sweet tea and watching the Seabrook wildlife as the day unfolds. The bathroom is ensuite with a new tiled shower.The guest room is on the first level and can sleep 4 with a queen bed and daybed with twin trundle as well as a wall mounted tv. The full guest bath is located in a private hall just outside the guest room.Three smart televisions and WiFi are available for all guests when you are not at the beach enjoying the day.There is also a laundry room on the the first level with a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience.This Spinnaker welcomes up to (2) dogs. Additional fees to apply. The outdoor shower on the lower level is perfect for rinsing off pets and sandy toes!Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $40/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTALOnce the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.Amenity cards giving you access to the Seabrook Island Club are included in the rent. Passes to the Lake House facilities– outdoor pool is included. Additional fees are charged for all activities inside the lake house.Come relax on Seabrook Island and enjoy this lovely villa!Cancellation Policy:For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest’s under the terms of the Rental Agreement.For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows:For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee.
