You are free to use the TV (with Netflix only)Pets are allowed for an additional fee of $50 per pet per stay. Restrictions apply. This will be collected separately, prior to your arrival. There will be a $500 fee for any animals/pets brought without prior approval as the property will not allow unapproved pets. Paid private parking is available on site at $ 20 /day (reservation is needed). A $200-$500 refundable security deposit might be asked upon booking.We manage multiple apartments in this building and neighborhood. You will be allotted one of the many apartment at this address.
