Walk out your front door and see Forsyth Park to your right.Free street parking right in front of the home is available. You will not need a car to get around the Historic District-the central location is awesome.The home has two bedrooms (one queen and one full-sized bed) and one bathroom. The walls of the living room and bedrooms are decorated with art painted by the owner, a graduate of Savannah College of Art & Design (SCAD). There is a full kitchen for guests to use, including a table and chairs. A recently installed heating and air conditioning system guarantees a comfortable experience throughout the year, regardless of the outside temperature. A washer and dryer are available in a shed in the backyard.There is a fenced-in patio behind the home that is shared with the other duplex unit. A huge oak overhangs the yard, providing shade and character.There is a lockbox for self check in.This home rents for 30 nights or more. Guests will need to supply their own consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. Starter supplies are provided.For stays of 38 nights or more, we are able to split your payments into multiple payments so that you do not have to pay for the entire amount upfront.
