The condo has a 47 inch LCD TV and DVD player. We very recently remodeled this condo and the appliances and bedroom furniture are brand new.The condo has A/C in the living room and ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms.The condo is located on the 4th floor in the most popular building #1, steps to the beach!! Being on the 4th floor, it has breathtaking ocean and mountain views as well.Walking distance to many shops and restaurant.THE PICTURES DO NOT DO JUSTICE TO THE COMFORT AND ELEGANCE OF THIS CONDO.
