There are plenty of walking and biking paths. 15-20 minutes to downtown St. Petersburg.The condo in the quiet Isla community has plenty of amenities to make your stay comfortable, air conditioning, wifi, washing machine/dryer, satellite TV. It was recently renovated with all new beds, mattresses, and furniture. Beach chairs, beach towels, paddle board, and a kayak is available for guests.
