Granite countertops, warm decor with beautiful furniture. High-end yet still practical and comfortable. Owner allows mature guests who know how to take care of other’s property. Owner is picky about the quality of his unit, maintenance, inventory, and cleaning and is looking for guests who are responsible and considerate of the effort owner has made to offer a dynamic unit. No smoking anywhere in this unit (including on the balcony).This is a dog friendly unit. No cats. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed to stay in this unit. Please note dogs are not allowed on the beach in front of Seachase, but they are allowed at designated dog beach areas and the closest one is about 1 mile east of Seachase at the pier at Pier Park.You will enjoy the beach from the 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas that are seasonally included with the rental of this condo through the beach service! The season for beach chairs typically runs from March 6 to October 15.Seachase is located only a mile from great dining and shopping at Peir Park and only a couple of miles from Frank Brown Park where most softball and baseball tournaments are held.*Maximum Occupancy: 8*Absolutely no smoking in the unit or on the balcony.*A maximum of 2 well-trained dogs are allowed.
