There are 4 bedrooms and 2 baths in the upstairs unit. The upstairs master bedroom is located on its own level and has a king sized bed, a 40′ flat screen TV, and a really nice private bathroom. On the main floor there is a queen sized bedroom, and 2 bedrooms each with 2 twin beds. The living room has a 55″ flat panel 4K Smart TV. Bamboo hardwood floors are throughout the home. There is a dining deck off the living room of the main floor. The upstairs unit has exclusive access to the rooftop deck which walks up from the dining deck and offers great ocean views. There is an outdoor shower and use of the patio in the back yard with a large gas grill. The home has central air in the upper unit. Other amenities include wireless internet, cable TV, dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave, pots and pans, toaster, coffee makers, blender, glasses, and dishes. 4 beach badges are provided. NO CLEANING FEE!Service Fees: Service fees are solely determined by, charged by and paid to VRBO.
