The family room boasts a comfy sofa, large TV, and sliding glass doors to the large deck with a fabulous view. Relax with your family and friends after a day at the beach on this great deck overlooking the ocean and golf course.The primary bedroom has a king size bed with flat screen TV, sitting area and private bath plus doors leading to the deck. The second bedroom has two queen size beds, flat screen TV, vanity dressing area, private bathroom and access to the deck. Both bathrooms have extra large walk-in showers and hair dryers. In the guest bedroom you will find the laundry closet with stacked full size washer and dryer.Seabrook Island is a private welcoming oceanfront community just miles from historic Charleston, SC. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTALOnce the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are included in the rental. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee.
