This is a “Premium” one bedroom which is almost 65% larger than the standard one bedroom (870sf v 530sf). The standard one bedroom is comfortable enough but the premium takes it up a notch making for an excellent week stay.I last visited in Oct/Nov of 2020 and while there were/are restriction in Scottsdale/Phoenix, the availability of open air eating and outdoor activities makes it feel like Covid is a non-issue (But please take it serious. If not for you, for others). I will be going back earlier in March and expect to enjoy what I hope is spring training and good weather.
