First floor also has a half bathroom. Furnishings are sourced from Anthropologie, West Elm and other upscale vendors and there is artwork and photography throughout the home.The kitchen is fully-equipped with SS appliances, silverware, dishes, pots/pans, (and even a SodaStream!), plus large dining table and seating. You’ll have an oven, stove top, microwave, dishwasher – plus large outdoor gas grill for your enjoyment.A more formal dining room is perfect for a special meal or larger group – an elegant crystal chandelier sets the tone.SECOND FLOOR:Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms, all private.The Master has pillow-top king bed, large walk in closet with custom shelves, jacuzzi soaking tub, dual-head shower, and private screened porch with seating – perfect for some relaxing outdoor reading.The second bedroom has queen bed and shares a full bath with the third. The third bedroom has a twin with new cooling gel mattress, a desk and exudes a deep and dramatic green, moody vibe.There is also a large washer/dryer available in separate laundry room and A/C on each floor (Nest in Master)For your convenience, I will provide fresh linens, plush pillows and towelsWAIT – there’s more!Outside, enjoy a newly landscaped backyard. When the weather is cooler, get toasty with some homemade s’mores by the outdoor fire pit.
