In April 2023, in response to one poor review about cleaning, we completely upgraded our cleaning practices and replaced the cleaning company. Our guests will be very pleased with the home’s cleanliness.Three beds, two baths, heated pool home on the gulf access, Thunderbird 8- lakes area in SW Cape Coral. It is tastefully decorated with all amenities to make your vacation memorable.You can fish Red Snapper, drum fish, and even the occasional blacktip shark directly from the dock! Take your boat for a ride to Gulf, enjoy a dip in the newly resurfaced pool, or get a good night’s sleep on the comfortable mattresses and high-quality linen.A 10-minute bike ride to the Westin resort, with many shops and restaurants.The home was newly renovated in April 2019. Amazing views and the best location in Cape Coral. Quiet street for a good night’s rest. Beautiful paved pool deck with fantastic pool overlooking incredible views of Thunderbird Lake. Fenced-in yard. Jacuzzi bathtub in Master bedroom.Many parks are close to walking in the morning or evening.I renovated the bathrooms and painted and installed new tiles recently. The pool deck has comfortable tables and chairs for breakfast and lounges to the sun in the afternoon. A new air conditioning unit was installed in September 2019 to keep things cool. The master bedroom has a jacuzzi bathtub for relaxation. Fishing poles and tackle are available for guests to fish on our saltwater lake.
