The third bedroom, on this floor, has a comfortable queen-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and a full-length mirror.The laundry room with a washer & dryer combo is located between both bedrooms on the main floor of the house. You will have multiple parking access downtown, with one of the bigger lots at the BreckConnect Gondola – a gateway to endless skiing options. The Main Street trolley is a great choice for wandering around downtown Breck. Uber/Lyft are always available.Other Things to Note:Please note that like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C. A 4WD vehicle is required during winter.Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.Interaction with Guests:We are offsite but available when needed.
