Downstairs you’ll find the laundry room with washer and dryer, next to the 2nd larger Master bedroom with en suite bath (shower and tub) and another lanai. There are 3 AC wall units one in each Master bedroom and one in the living room that sufficiently cool the house. There is also a garage and next to the house a designated parking spot for the home. Guest parking is first come first serve. Near the house within a short walk is the community pool with jacuzzi and barbeque grills.
