Description
Lake view three bedroom one bath home with up north décor. The Jose Lake access boat ramp only a few hundred yards away. Home sits on two large lots, has an outdoor firepit and large deck. Rental includes nearby 16′ pontoon boat on Jose Lake, it’s far from a new pontoon but she does float and can be a lot of fun swimming, fishing or just touring around the lake. (Pontoon access is on odd numbered days of the month, our other home rental (“Grin And Bear It” on VRBO) has even numbered days. The boat is a EXTRA addition BONUS PERK to the house. Nice pontoon boats are available to rent at a local place for $250 a day at Rollways resort.Master bedroom with queen size memory foam mattress, a smart TV and beautiful view of Huron National Forest.Bedroom #2 is air conditioned and has queen size memory foam mattress and an antique theme.Bedroom #3 has twin bunk beds and a Monster Truck theme that kids will love.
