Exterior has 70 foot long driveway providing generous parking. Private backyard has 7 person luxury hot tub, natural gas grill, and and patio seating for 8.Home is a short walk to shopping, dining, and buses on Anaheim Blvd. Downtown Long Beach and the ocean are just minutes drive away.Sorry we do not allow pets, indoor smoking, or parties.All bedrooms have smart TV’s with all the apps, modern leather furniture, and pillow top mattresses. Oversized Master bath includes a Jacuzzi tub. Living room has a big screen smart TV, Bluetooth stereo surround sound, and LED fireplace insert. Kitchen is fully equipped with high end appliances and a large selection of cooking and serving utensils. All rooms have hardwood floors or tile. Backyard is gated and walled for privacy.This is a single family home and there are no other occupants on the property.
