Additional conveniences within walking distance include: a nice Playground, Library, Post Office, Church, Hair Salon, Bait & Tackle shop, Gas & Convenient store, Water sports store, and a Breakfast & Deli spot that offer food to go. For those hikers, there’s a hiking trail which takes you to Lake Solitude and the top of Mount Sunapee. The house has a charming yard for outdoor activities, al fresco dining or just relaxing and listening to the brook. Space for boat parking. Boat launch is within ½ mile.The cottage has 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath with tub, open concept living, dining & kitchen.
