Flip Flop stop is located in a family friendly neighborhood before the busier part of Crystal Beach. It’s located in Sand Castle sub division. There is a golf cart bridge over the dunes to the beach. There are several local golf cart rental companies. The car entrance is located 4 streets down. This makes it perfect for families with small children since it cuts out the traffic considerably. There is a large deck with a partial view of the ocean and lots of comfortable deck furniture. It also has a nice large yard with fire pit.Flip Flop Stop has an open concept living space with vaulted ceilings making room for everyone. The kitchen is well stocked with all of the comforts of home, New large and small appliances, cookware, serving dishes, etc. The bar seats 8 with an additional 2 at the built in desk and 2 at the additional bar. The built in desk is located along the front wall at the entrance. It is perfect if you had to bring some work with you, it has a built in charging station for all your phones. We have reliable wi fi as well. The living room comfortably accommodates 10 with a full size couch, love seat, and chair. There is a wood burning fireplace. Smart tvs in all rooms. You can watch your Netflix, Hulu, or enjoy hundreds of digital channels.The rooms and bathrooms are located at the backside of the house.The master bedroom is to the right side, has a queen size bed with an ensuite bathroom, This bathroom has double sinks, and a stand up shower. The middle bedroom has a queen size bed and a set of bunks with a twin top and a full size bottom bed. The bedroom on the far left has a queen size bed and a set of bunks with a twin top and full size bottom bed. The bathroom is in the middle of the bedrooms. It has a bath tub shower combo. Flip Flop Stop is decorated very cute without any clutter. There ia a new outdoor granite top bar and an outdoor shower!This house is perfect for families to be together and spend time at the beach. Located approximately 2 -4 miles from restaurants, gas stations, grocery store, and dollar stores. We supply the sheets and towels. We provide laundry soap, dish soap, trash bags, dishwasher soap, basic cleaning supplies, 2 rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your stay.
