Description
One of the few complexes on Tybee with a swimming pool and hot tub. Brass Rail is located at the south end within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, pier, and beach. 204 is on the 2nd floor with an elevator. The Master bedroom has a king-size bed, cable TV, doors that lead out onto the deck, a private bath with a Jacuzzi tub, and a large shower. 2nd bedroom has 2 full-size beds. 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a gourmet meal. The living room has a queen-size sofa sleeper, cable TV, and doors that lead out onto the private deck.Guests will enjoy added conveniences such as an elevator, in-unit washer, and dryer, security gate entry, and covered garage parking for 2 VEHICLES ONLY this is strictly enforced NOTE: Larger SUVs may not fit in parking space – especially during peak/ high seasons.Should you have more than 2 vehicles you can pay to park through the City of Tybee Island.Stays longer then 30 days, October – March, there is additional cleaning fee. Please inquire for details on pricing.
